Who We Are

These Terms govern your use of this website and any services provided by Wealth City Agency ("Wealth City Agency", "we", "us"). By using the site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or services.

Services

Wealth City Agency provides customer acquisition and growth technology services — including acquisition strategy, search, paid media, demand and lead generation, conversion optimisation, CRM and lifecycle marketing, analytics, automation and conversion-focused websites. Scope, deliverables, timelines and fees for each engagement are set out in a separate written agreement.

Submitting our contact form is an enquiry, not a contract. Any recommendations shared in early conversations are preliminary and do not constitute formal consulting, legal or financial advice.

Fees & Payment

Fees are specified in the applicable agreement or statement of work. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are payable within fourteen (14) days. We may suspend services where payment is not received according to agreed terms.

Client Obligations

The client agrees to provide timely access to relevant accounts, platforms and materials; to respond to requests within a reasonable timeframe; to ensure materials provided do not infringe third-party rights; and to comply with applicable laws governing their own marketing activities.

Intellectual Property

Rights in the frameworks, methodologies and processes developed by Wealth City Agency remain our property. Upon full payment, the client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use deliverables created specifically for their engagement for their own business purposes.

Confidentiality

Both parties will keep non-public information shared during an engagement confidential — including strategies, financial data and customer lists — for two (2) years after termination, unless required otherwise by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wealth City Agency's total aggregate liability in connection with the services shall not exceed the fees paid by the client in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits or revenue.

No Warranty on Results

Marketing and acquisition involve uncertainty; results vary with market conditions, competition, budget and execution. Any figures referenced on this site or in communications are illustrative and are not guarantees of future performance.

Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with thirty (30) days' written notice, unless otherwise agreed. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including confidentiality and intellectual property — continue in effect.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, with exclusive jurisdiction in the state and federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
